As a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), Philip worked his way through his career at Kuwait (Q8) Petroleum from 1998-2013. This period covered all areas of the Finance function, Global delivery for ERP/EPM roll-outs and managing Global back office operations. With long-term expat roles in Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and Vietnam, Philip took the opportunity to create Global Finance Transformation Ltd. and leverage his vast experience in regional/local transformation and the ever imporant change management techniques
From 2013, Philip headed up multiple large scale transformation programs as well as supplying transformation resources to leading organisations. Programs included ERP, EPM and Cloud based solutions as well as new target operating model design and implementations for Finance, IT, HR, Customer Services, Procurement & Master Data - incorporating the introduction of GBS/SSC's for cost reduction and higher quality through standardisation
